Body Polish 

There’s nothing quite like the skin-softening, head-to-toe bliss of a professional body polish and the radiant glow achieved with the exfoliating treatment to help you feel and look refreshed in next to no time. A body polish is perhaps best thought of as a ‘facial for the body’. During this treatment, the spa therapist applies a polishing formula comprising of a natural exfoliant - such as salt, sugar, coffee, rice bran or pecan hulls - and aromatic essential oils to the guest’s entire body (minus the face and genital area). The aim is to remove dull, dead skin cells, while promoting the healthy production of new ones, for improved appearance and condition. While body polishes can be booked as a standalone spa treatment, they are often recommended before (or offered as part of) a detoxifying body wrap treatment. Your skin will be buffed and polished, leaving your skin impossibly soft and smooth. Complete the treatment with a nice shower.

Body Wraps

Drift away with one of our luxury body wraps.  A warm mud mask or herbal seaweed is applied with long flowing strokes to your body,  and a 20 minute scalp or foot massage while you are wrapped in bliss!  Complete with a warm shower and light moisturizing application. 

 

Infrared Dry Sauna Session

Experience the benefits of being surrounded by healing, detoxifying heat and light in a private infrared dry sauna.  Relax and listen to soothing music and let the sauna warm you to the core while releasing toxins and tension. Color light therapy and aromatherapy (upon request) are included with the treatment.  Towel wraps (provided), bathing suit or workout attire is required in the sauna. You will experience a nice, healthy sweat which stops as soon as you leave the sauna.  Finish with a quick cooling shower.
